Getting recruited to college, is a life changing experience.

Elite Coaching got me recruited to Brown University.  While racing for Brown, we stayed undefeated.  After graduating, I went on to winning Olympic Gold and Silver in the Men’s Single Scull.  (Gold Medal Race)

This camp is strictly completed on ergs to improve ERG Scores.  It will also help your on the water moving capabilities.

As part of the camp you will receive a digital review of your rowing stroke, as well as a manual on mental conditioning, and how to avoid injuries.
