Yesterday was a great day of catching up in San Diego.

First, I went to IHRSA the International Convention of Fitness and met up with my Waterrower team. Waterrower has grown tremendously. They carry the Xeno Muller Signature Waterrower. All Signature owners have access to over 50 fun rowing workouts lead by me. They can watch them while rowing on their Waterrower.

Here are a few pictures of the event. It was great visiting with Sid from Madrid, Les from Sydney, Bryan, Ryan, and Jamie, and fitness store managers and young athletes 🙂
