“Luke Gheen here. Just wanted to stay in touch. I continue to use your rowing videos 5-6 days a week and love them. Not sure if you can see me on there; I use my cell phone to watch them. I’ve tried to leave comments and they show up as anonymous. The regular rowing has made a huge difference for me! I’m in much better shape and I feel better mentally and physically. My stress level is also down. I love rowing and the videos give me some structure and make it so that I’m not doing it all alone. I don’t know why more people don’t row.
