Reminders when you train

  1. Stick to your target heart rate, it is critical to avoid overtraining.
  2. Water, carbs and electrolytes during workout is important, water alone depletes your glycogen reserves, don’t let it happen. 
  3. Drill often during the workouts and watch yourself in the mirror. Use my audio warm up.  Let me know if you need the URL.
  4. Range of motion and stretching leads to more power, make sure you work on it.
  5. Use post-it notes to remind yourself of your goals.
