Reminders when you train
- Stick to your target heart rate, it is critical to avoid overtraining.
- Water, carbs and electrolytes during workout is important, water alone depletes your glycogen reserves, don’t let it happen.
- Drill often during the workouts and watch yourself in the mirror. Use my audio warm up. Let me know if you need the URL.
- Range of motion and stretching leads to more power, make sure you work on it.
- Use post-it notes to remind yourself of your goals.
