Technical checklist for this week:

1. When you are rowing, observe yourself in a mirror or record yourself and analyze your technique. 

2. Do your extra mileage, no matter how little it is, it is an opportunity to perfect technique.  The pace: 2K 500M Split average plus 20-22 seconds at rate 18-22.

3. Seek the triangle of power on the recovery and stay suspended off your fingertips when you drive the first 3/4 fo the legdrive.
