This summer if you:

1. Travel

2. Are without an erg

3. Are jet legged

If you take the plane, make sure you go easy with training for 2 to three days after arriving.  The goal is to make sure that we don’t impact your immune system in case it is fighting off a germ caught in the plane.

Wash your hands before you touch your face, always. Disinfect your phone often. 

Drink from your own water bottle and stay hydrated.

Don’t explore new foods.

Check in with me if you are without conventional training tools such as the erg.  I will suggest different workouts to maximize the training situation.
