The erg score is a major tool in shaping an awesome rowing experience in high school and beyond.
A great erg score benefits high school rowers differently depending on their grade. Whether freshman or sophomore, a better erg score won’t stand in the way to making the top boat ?. High school juniors benefit especially as they seek to get recruited to college.
Similar to juniors, but with the window of time almost shut, seniors may be desperate to shave time off of their erg score as a last ditch effort to get recruited to their dream school.
